Jian Magen is one of twin entrepreneurs behind the creation and success of Magen Boys Entertainment (MBE), a fully-integrated national entertainment group with close to 100 staff, a first-class inventory of technical, media and staging equipment, with an 8,000 square foot office and warehouse space, multiple event venues, a digital activation business and a film production division. For over 15 years, MBE has managed and executed more than 10,000 events from gala fundraisers and Hollywood film launches to big-ticket concerts and over the top Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and weddings. Jian’s event production skills have won him numerous industry awards including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award. Jian donates a considerable amount of his time, resources and entertainment services to many charities in Canada including: Rethink Breast Cancer, Mount Sinai Hospital, Sick Kids Hospital, Gilda’s Club, The MS Society, The Ovarian Cancer Society, Camp Cucumber, Princess Margaret Hospital, Children’s Wish Fund, and more. Jian is also a partner in GROW Interactive Learning, an interactive program to stop bullying and build positivity in Canada’s schools. Jian Magen graduated from York University in 2002.

A dedicated advocate for the fashion industry, in December 2015 Ashlee led a pan-industry movement challenging the Ontario government to recognize the fashion industry as a cultural industry, thereby becoming eligible for government funding.
Edmund is public speaker and former Bay Street professional with over 15 years experience in wealth management for high-net-worth investors. Today he is President of Flow Cap Advisory, a consulting firm that trains successful Investment Advisors in business development. His eclectic work experience includes being an elite Canadian army paratrooper with 10 years experience, basic military training instructor, and large mega-musical theatre production. He sits on numerous charitable boards including the ROM Young Patron’s Circle, UforChange, Treble Victor (an ex-military leadership group), President of AWB (an Asian empowerment group), and a young Asian’s mental health group. Edmund is also a champion of young female empowerment especially in the areas of Bay St finance, law and entrepreneurship.
