Vicky Milner

With a dynamic career, Vicky Milner has been involved in an array of industries including fashion, retail, music, entertainment, and philanthropic management. Vicky’s strong business acumen and passionate outlook on the fashion industry, has led her to bring the Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards also known as CAFA to life. Through the recognition and promotion of outstanding achievement and emerging talent in the Canadian fashion industry, CAFA is dedicated to generating a stronger appreciation and market for our designers and artists both in Canada and abroad and to the economic development of the Canadian fashion industry. Vicky is always seeking creative avenues to provide support to designers and to create an international spotlight on local talent. Vicky sits on the Board of FGI, Toronto and is involved with a variety of charities including SickKids, Baycrest and Oolagen.


Sylvia Mantella

Sylvia has been involved with Mantella Corporation since 2008. In 2010 Sylvia took her position as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Her mission statement, “To maintain the stellar integrity and impeccable reputation of a family owned corporation established more than 70 years ago.” 

Through careful, strategic, and very selective branding decisions, Sylvia has been an integral asset to the growth of Mantella Corporation. Mantella Corporation is a significant contributor to their community, local charities, and charities on a global level.

Steven has over 15 years of experience building and scaling companies, investing into real estate, and has worked on online marketing strategies for top brands such as Amazon, Samsung, Ford, Visa, Aflac, Canadian Tire, and many more. Having successfully helped grow and sell companies like Social Pulse Marketing, MenuPalace.com, and Dealfind.com, Steven understands the importance of building the right team, developing and executing an effective branding strategy, and providing exceptional customer service coupled with the highest quality of product.

Jian Magen

Jian Magen is one of twin entrepreneurs behind the creation and success of Magen Boys Entertainment (MBE), a fully-integrated national entertainment group with close to 100 staff, a first-class inventory of technical, media and staging equipment, with an 8,000 square foot office and warehouse space, multiple event venues, a digital activation business and a film production division. For over 15 years, MBE has managed and executed more than 10,000 events from gala fundraisers and Hollywood film launches to big-ticket concerts and over the top Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and weddings. Jian’s event production skills have won him numerous industry awards including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award. Jian donates a considerable amount of his time, resources and entertainment services to many charities in Canada including: Rethink Breast Cancer, Mount Sinai Hospital, Sick Kids Hospital, Gilda’s Club, The MS Society, The Ovarian Cancer Society, Camp Cucumber, Princess Margaret Hospital, Children’s Wish Fund, and more. Jian is also a partner in GROW Interactive Learning, an interactive program to stop bullying and build positivity in Canada’s schools. Jian Magen graduated from York University in 2002.

Shae Invidiata

In 2009 Invidiata joined the Invidiata Team; a team that her father, Christopher, established and has successfully lead to achieve the #1 RE/MAX Team in Canada for thirteen years, and #1 RE/MAX Team Worldwide 2007 and 2012. In January 2010, [free-them] was founded; an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and funds to abolish human trafficking in Canada and abroad by partnering with people, organizations, & businesses to fight human trafficking – slavery today. [free-them] is a Stakeholder to three federal bills that have amended the Criminal Code of Canada and also to the Federal Government’s National AcNon Plan to Combat Human Trafficking. [free-them] continues to lead as a Stakeholder to the City of Toronto to see a Slave Free Toronto. Invidiata and [free-them] have appeared on many national and local media sources, including but not limited to, The Globe and Mail, CBC, CBC Radio, CTV, The Toronto Star, GlobalTV, CityNews, CP24 News. Invidiata was a nominee for Canadian Women’s Fashion Magazine Chatelaine as a Top 20 Finalist for “Canada’s Women of the Year 2011″; recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal 2012; National Freedom Award in October 2012; most recent, Invidiata was recognized as a “Woman of Honour” at the 2016 Honouring Heroes event presented by “The Joy Smith Foundation”.

Cliff Ritter

Cliff Ritter is the Co-Founder of LowestRates.ca, President & CEO of Rank1st.ca. and a 15 year search engine optimization (SEO) expert. He cut his teeth in industries with high levels of SEO competition, such as gaming, finance and health. The companies he's lent his expertise to have generated well over $150 million through direct SEO efforts.  

In his spare time Cliff keeps busy running after his 2 and 6 year old girls while lending his expertise and time to charitable causes and organizations that hit close to home.

Ashlee Froese

Ashlee Froese is lawyer and trademark agent, who is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Trademarks Law.  With over 10 years’ experience practicing branding and fashion law, Ashlee provides a deep understanding of brand protection strategies.  Ashlee manages, enforces, commercializes and protects clients' brands domestically and internationally.  She also creates strategies for the planning and execution of brand protection strategies.  Ashlee is recognized by the World Trademark Review as one of the top 1000 trademark lawyers in the world.  Ashlee is a City Moguls award recipient, which recognizes her entrepreneurship and dedication to philanthropy.  Prior to launching Froese Law, Ashlee was a partner on Bay Street.

A dedicated advocate for the fashion industry, in December 2015 Ashlee led a pan-industry movement challenging the Ontario government to recognize the fashion industry as a cultural industry, thereby becoming eligible for government funding.


Edmund Chien

Edmund is public speaker and former Bay Street professional with over 15 years experience in wealth management for high-net-worth investors. Today he is President of Flow Cap Advisory, a consulting firm that trains successful Investment Advisors in business development. His eclectic work experience includes being an elite Canadian army paratrooper with 10 years experience, basic military training instructor, and large mega-musical theatre production. He sits on numerous charitable boards including the ROM Young Patron’s Circle, UforChange, Treble Victor (an ex-military leadership group), President of AWB (an Asian empowerment group), and a young Asian’s mental health group. Edmund is also a champion of young female empowerment especially in the areas of Bay St finance, law and entrepreneurship.
